Q: Can I have different arrival dates?

A: The booking system will only allow you to search specific arrival and departure dates which is currently Friday, and Monday. If you would like alternative days of arrival or departures, this may be possible depending on other bookings. Please use the Booking requests and rates page or Contact page to discuss your requirements.

Q: There appears to be nothing available for my dates?

A: Make sure your search dates are arrival/departure dates. This is currently a Fri, and Mon. If you wish to go on the cancellation list for specific dates please message through the contact page.

Q: When will my booking be confirmed?

A: There are 2 stages to your booking stage 1 confirmation of holding deposit and stage 2 of your stay agreement.  STAGE 1 : Dates are  held under deposit email conformation. Then STAGE 2: Licence to stay email confirmation on receipt of full payment 6 weeks before stay date.

Q: How do we pay and are payments secure?

A: You can pay online using the secure link or Bank Transfer. Your safety is very important to us which is why we use trusted payment services for our online booking system.  Secure payment links can also be sent via whatsapp link via Sumup payments. 

Q: Do I have to pay for everything now?

A: We will only charge you the deposit now. Your Full payment date will be advised via email but is usually 6 weeks prior to arrival. If you would like to pay in  instalments, these can be arranged, but full payment must be received 6 weeks prior to your arrival date. Use the Contact Us page to discuss.

Q: How do I collect keys?

A: We aim to meet you at the property in person you will be asked your intended arrival time on the day of arrival. If this is not possible, keys will be in a key safe at the property.  Key codes will be advised on the day or your arrival. 

Q: Are passes included?

A : Passes are NOT included and need to be purchased in advance of your arrival. You cannot access any part of the Hoburne Site without a pass. Unfortunately this is beyond our control and a requirement of Hoburne. Passes are £50 per week or part thereof,  a list of names will need to be supplied on the booking form for your access passes. Children under 1 do not need a pass. AM Caravan Holidays do not make any profit on the Hoburne Passes the price indicated is the price charged by Hoburne to the Caravan Owners. If prices change you will be refunded any price difference in your favour. 

Q: Do you offer holiday insurance?

A: NO Sorry, we are unable to offer insurance. We strongly recommend that you do purchase your own insurance for your stay.

Q: Can I make amendments to my bookings?

A: We will endeavour to accommodate amendments to your booking wherever possible. Just make contact through the contact page. 

Q: I made a mistake can I cancel and get my deposit back.

A: All deposits are non refundable. However if it is a case of moving your booking date please contact via the Contact us page with your requirements. Your deposit can then be reallocated to your new date.
